Sean has worked in the elevator industry for 23 years.  He got his start managing technical support and customer service for a major supplier to the elevator industry, followed by over 16 years in the field of elevator consulting.  Sean is an expert in contract and vendor management, and handles all contract and specification generation for ECA.  Sean also manages the day-to-day operations of ECA, including the generation of all reports and other customer deliverables.  Sean additionally manages projects in some cases, and also handles our Total Invoice Management for Elevators programs.  With his engineering/business background and extensive industry experience, Sean works hard to create the best possible elevator contract/program for our customers.
